The

Giving Circle

The Giving Circle is the decision-making body of GRAMAN: a circle of several People of Color (POC) folks who are connected to and part of marginalized communities: immigrant/undocumented, disabled, poor, elder, queer and trans communities.

These are the folks who decide how to distribute the actual cash money raised via GRAMAN - who it goes to and how much.

Though there are white facilitators from GRAMAN supporting the Giving Circle, they are there solely as non-voting members. In order to disrupt systems of white supremacy, we do not want white folks making decisions about mutual aid money meant for the most marginalized.
